Spring 2020, at the height of the global Covid-19 pandemic, I released my memoir.

Resilience is Futile: The Life and Death and Life of Julie S. Lalonde is my story of surviving intimate partner violence and stalking for so many years.

It has won the Ontario Speaker’s Award and been featured on BBC’s Outlook program.

Resilience is Futile is available wherever books are sold, as an e-book and an audiobook (narrated by me).

Outside of the Shadows is a project on criminal harassment in Canada. A labour of love borne from her experience of stalking, Julie S. Lalonde partnered with artist Ambivalently Yours to create resources for victims/survivors of stalking and their allies.
