There are few resources for victims and survivors of stalking. I’m trying to change that. If you have a great free resource, please send it my way! In the meantime, here are some great places to start.
1- Draw the Line Campaign
Draw-the-line.ca is an anti-sexual violence campaign funded by the province of Ontario. Managed by the Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres, the campaign brings together organizations like White Ribbon, Nishnawbe Aski Nation and Egale to equip bystanders with tools to intervene.
It includes the following resource on criminal harassment. For more information, visit their site.
2- That’s Not Cool Campaign
That’s Not Cool is an American campaign focused on teen dating violence online.
They have some really great resources and a few pieces specific to stalking.
3- Academic research
Dr Isabel Grant is a professor of law at the University of British Columbia who has researched legal responses to criminal harassment in Canada. Click each link to access the PDFs!
